Knowing the stages helps you plan payments, decisions and site visits. A typical two-storey house takes 10 to 14 months from design to handover.

1. Planning and approvals

Architectural drawings, structural design, building map approval and soil testing. Do not rush this stage, as mistakes here are the most expensive to fix later.

2. Excavation and foundation

The site is marked, excavated and the foundation is poured. The depth and type of foundation depend on your soil report.

3. Structure

Columns, beams, slabs and masonry walls rise. Each slab needs proper curing for about 14 days to reach full strength.

4. Services

Electrical conduits, plumbing lines and drainage are laid inside the walls before plastering.

5. Plastering and waterproofing

Internal and external plaster, terrace and bathroom waterproofing are completed and tested.

6. Finishing

Flooring, doors, windows, kitchen, paint, fixtures and lighting come together.

7. Inspection and handover

We inspect every room with a checklist, fix snags and hand over keys with all documents.
